Guys, seriously, don't blame LIberals. Don't blame Democrats. I'm a liberal, and a democrat, and an avid trap shooter, lover of all things weapons, be it Knives, swords, or guns. Blame idiots who don't know anything about guns and actually think that these things will help. don't pawn it off on [x] political party, or [x] group of people with [x] beliefs. i can agree with some of these laws but if you enforce than its a double standard. if you outlaw guns you should have to any car that goes over 75 miles an hour. i'd much rather take my chances with some with a gun that a 150 mph corvette on an interstate. some kid 16+ can grab a hold of a corvette and get wasted but we cant legally get guns in some places. now thats scary. who needs a car that can go over 100mph? i want one! but do i need one?! its my right to a gun but not to a car.

Surely there's some way we could get these laws abolished? I find it hard to believe that things like the 10 round limit or the flowchart will stick around.

In Suffolk Country, NY which is a suburban environment it is very difficult to obtain a permit for just the range or hunting. If you want to apply for and obtain a carry permit you have to show that you are exposed to extraordinary personal danger on a dialy basis and have documented proof. In addition among all the reasons why you may be denied any kind of permit in general the County for the most part expresses that they reserve the right to deny you as they see fit.

I totally feel ya, man...the laws are inconsistent as heck!!! I live in Ohio and have an Ohio CCW. I can also, by law, carry in Indiana. A friend who lives in Indiana has an Indiana CCW. He cannot carry in Ohio. ?????? makes no sense!!!
