@geordiemackay so do you let the air out while your talking or hold it in because neither of them is working for me.

The tutorial doesn't explain how you keep the air in a pocket on the side of your mouth. If its not your tongue then the air escapes. Do you try to talk through the air pocket? How big of an air pocket? Are you talking normally or are you talking with air (are vocals involved basically)? Could you draw a picture of what you think is happening in your mouth? Any rough sketch will do.

I tried to do this but I don't know what position I should put my tongue in I use my right cheek can anyone help? And if I get it how do I know if it's close to right?

Thank you! This tutorial has been helpful; you addressed issues I had inquires on and supplemented advice. I could only ever make his rant sound until after trying it with air pockets and it has definitely made me more capable in achieving my goal of talking like Donald. I'll have to practice, but I see that eventually I'll be successful with this technique. Much obliged. Thank you.

I think the positioning of the tongue can actually limit the words that you can say to be honest.

@RisingDampChamp - Quite true, I just meant that the sound is not made from the position of the tongue. It definitely helps form words though, I agree.
