@smoth7 I did traveled, and lived in many countries before. I been to Russia, South Asia, Afghanistan, USA, and Canada. Every place I have been to, talked bad about North America, I currently live in Canada even though we have it good here, there are many things that could change for better. You are right it is not a good time to visit Middle East, since there is a revolution is going on, but you should one day visit, they don't hate on tourists, they just don't like the U.S government's policy.

Been to over 13 countries in the past 3 years. I will not visit some of "those" countries due to anti-american sentiment, it is a bad time to visit them. Even my Muslim professor and friends have warned me it is just not safe for me at least right now. North america isn't that messed up. The fact that you would say such a bold generalization tells me you need to travel more.
