@Austerers That the player did not control the ball makes no difference. Goalkeeper just lying on the floor come off it. Goalkeeper comes out goes to ground takes player down = PENALTY

Penalty no doubt whatsoever,,,,, keeper takes player down = foul,,,,,. foul in the box = penalty...What part of these rules do you not understand?
