ImmersiveTouch™

(2005) ImmersiveTouch™ integrates a haptic device with head and hand tracking systems, and a common off-the-shelf, high resolution, high pixel density stereoscopic display. The haptic device is co-located with the 3D graphics giving the user a more realistic and natural means to manipulate 3-dimensional data in real-time. Its ergonomic design provides a comfortable working volume in the space of a standard desktop.

This video showcases the ImmersiveTouch™ system through demonstration of a virtual ventriculostomy application. It shows the vast content development potential of the system, supported by testimonials from educators, users and the medical community.
