They had city police over here years ago making all kinds of bust . Getting all kinds of awards and ceromonys as the Top COP ! Then come to find out he was planting drugs on every body . Then they had another Sheriff dective doing alot ilegal unconstitutional violations. Basicaly entrapment! Unfortunately this is common practice. They do it especially if you have a record who is a judge most likely to believe a convicted criminal or a police officer. A cop is sworn in and takes an oath these crimes are to me very serious much more severe than the crimes commited by the people they are arresting.
