Hi everyone, i'm interested in the Plant Tissue Culture but if i know right, the materials are expensive, so anyone know how can i build my own flow hood? or replace the growing regulators? or if there are any page of the topic please share it

Use cups and cover with nylon and an elastic so the subject plant tissue can breath. A pickle jar works great as well if it is a big one you simply use it on its side and used the indside for your growth regulators and so forth...

ive a strain for five years can i get the vigor like i had when i first started this strain ive had to make clones of clones so basically can i go back to the original i had 5 years ago?

I am told by the company this is the claim. I personally have yet to test it so i remain hopefull for may growers would love to get back the original vigor or their genotype (strain)

been looking into this my self lately and i read some were it makes ur plants sterile so if u wont to cross strains its best to keep ur best mothers. also most kits have a silver nitrate sterilizing agent witch is whats used to turn female plants male dont know if its in ur kit but its in the kitchen culture kit. dose this kit have 2 agar dishs 1 for foliage development and 1 for roots both with a diffrent plant hormone aded.

@1Rockbilly Not my compant one company that works with my sponser just to be clear.

Chasing out desease from the plant is said to clone a genetic profile of the plant by way of cell from the tip of the newest growth for desease cannot travel as fart as new growth the vidog is also said to come back.

Do to illness I have been unabke to get my teating started however I hope to bring fotage in the comming months of that as well as LED
