Way to go Paige! Paige and I have been working together for 2-3 months now and look how far she's come. We learned this new dismount this evening and she has it down great, soon we'll be adding a full twist out of it! Wooohooo! Enjoy!!

Harmonyhoops and Paige I suggest you investing in creating or purchasing an Icarian Games chair. It is best suited for what you two are planning on doing with twisting etc. And it matches the level of athleticism gymnasts have. Search Youtube for "Icarian Games" to get an idea of what I am talking about.

Look forward to an Acro Yoga Workshop happening here in North TX soon. I wanna play and to be honest... Your giving me tons of ideas for control games to do with Acrobatic Gymnast.
With that in mind. Paige seems to really enjoy this. Have her gym get a hold of USAG Acro. There is a full BEAUTIFUL "Acrobatic Gymnastics" Sport that is growning world wide. USAG can give info on how to start a program. Maybe you might like to coach it? Search youtube for Acro routines to watch.

@coachgeo Hey there coachgeo, yes- we are definitely looking into Acrobatic Gymnastics and have been for some time. Hopefully in the near future, we will have a class going! It's an amazing sport! Hope you have fun at the Acro Yoga Workshop in TX!!!
