This is a song that Dave wrote for his wife Elane and it is about how their schedules had them only seeing each other very little... If you listen closely, you can hear a real train in the background

  • David wrote this song for me and fortunately he didn't give up on our schedules and 14 years later we are still together. Love his songwriting and guitar work.

  • Your hubby is one of the most talented people I have ever met and I enjoyed that night more then anyone knows! It is one thing to watch the video but to see him play and sing is not only wonderful, but it is very moving.

  • The only down side is I haven't picked up my guitar but a few times after seeing him show what can be done with one in the right hands! I took more video a week or so ago and I hope to put it up soon. I feel like the guy that found the first gold in the gold rush and I will always be a fan!

  • Hey spam! Nice to finally see you again. Very good song playing. The train and the crickets chirping makes ya feel like you're almost outside. :-)

  • I wish it was me in this video but it is a friend of mine and we were outside. I just wanted to share his talents with all my YT friends. But it is great to hear from you! I haven't had time to comment but I have been watching

  • Yeah I know it was somebody else. Guess I was trying to say that its good seeing you post vids again. Glad that you shared with the world this person's music playing skills. :-)

  • I once wrote a song on exactly the same subject, it was called "Having a Great time see you soon". A great great song from your friend Peter, bravo!
