I understand that things are different when they are dealing with KNOWN VIOLENT suspects but I thought Law Enforcement was required to provide identification upon request, this at least IMPLIES that the suspect will be given an opportunity to ask for it at the start of the encounter, doesn't it ? These home invasion/Gestapo tactics need to STOP !!!
IMO that marine was defending his home from armed INTRUDERS until after these documents are provided.
Police investigating Police ? yeah, right.

I doubt that any decent policeman would want to be part of a Navy SEAL reject trigger happy bully SWAT team. It's time to change the name to what it really is: ASSWAT, American Schutzstaffel Subhumans With Aryan Tactics.
Jose Guerena was within his right to defend his family, and was technically murdered.
Justice will be subverted.
Jose Guerena's close relative or friend has the right to be the Avenger of Blood, without incurring any blood guilt on his part.

Cops are COWARDS, we need REAL MEN behind those badges, we don't need hired scared assassins carring guns and badges!! The chickenshits need culled fron ALL departments. When did it change that it is a sin to kill a cop, but it is ok to kill a citizen? The biggest danger to our citizens is our own police, DEA, FBI, ATF, CIA. It was safer when we just had a Sheriff protecting us, there were a lot less citizens killed and the streets were safer. The very book that train these clowns are killing us
