I would suggest going over to the artfuldodgersite website and asking there. If you're going to release it, you'll probably have to secure licensing rights from either SONY or SONYBMG, depending on which song you want to cover. Symon, who covered AD's "Who In The World", could give you more info on that. I can tell you that many of the fans there will be happy to here about your plans to cover on of Artful Dodger's songs.

I also can't believe I found this song. I LOVE this song and Artful Dodger. Brings back soo many memories. I've seen them play at the Painesville Agora anytime they played. The good old days!!!!!!!!!!

I saw Artful Dodger when they opened for Boston at the Tomorrow Club in Youngstown, OH!

Boston 's first album had been released for about 3 months when they toured.

Best concert I have EVER been to!

And I have been to many....

Fell in love with this band back in the 70s.

Only about a 30 mile trip to Cleveland so I use to go every chance I got when they came to town. Great bar band and could fill an arena with their fans here back in the day. Thanks for posting!!!!!!!!

I will. Thank you. I raised a few kids that dig severe music. Sometimes "severe" is almost impossible to play and sometime it's almost impossible to write. Two separate things... and AD is the latter of the two. It's the only legitimate reason to "cover" a song. These kids will do fine financially, we have no problem with paying royalties.

This group was really big in the Cleveland area. I'd listen to WMMS all the time when I lived in Brunswick. I just don't understand why they never got big nationally. They are so damn awesome.
