the african american save trade is the most dispictable event in modern history if not all of history. america gve birth to racism. compared to their white owners the housing, clothes, and food was sub par at best and not equal to the their "masters". their job was FORCED labor under violent consequence if productivity wasn't seemed fit. you can quit your job at whatever you do anytime you want, the only way a slave could leave work was through death. remove your video. you really sound stupid

Taxes were supposed to be only for General Welfare (i.e. The Congressional Switchboard is paid for by taxes), and/or paying debts as defined in the constitution.
