Helicopter flight Sutter Buttes & Titan missile silos

I took this flight today in my buddies helicopter. As always, I have a camera in hand as we flew through the hillsides and rocky crags I was popping off photos to piece together this video. This is a view not many people get to see of the smallest mountain range in the world. We up here in Northern California are spoiled with being able to look out over the valley and see these beautiful mountains yet never venture in for a closer look. So today is your lucky day! Some folks have hiked them on various hikes that take place throughout the year.
Many folks have the ability to overfly them in fixed wing aircraft (I flew some friends over them yesterday) but today i was fortunate enough to fly through them in a Helicopter. I was amazed at the sheer beauty of the rocky cliffs. I purposely added no music to possibly spoil the photographic adventure for you.. So sit back and enjoy the ride!

@9162069934 On Google maps, draw a line from the lake in the center of the mountains to (up north)where North Butte Rd makes a 90* turn south.. 3/4 up that line you will see the concrete pads..

amazing i just happened across this from browsing gopro videos on youtube. i live nearby and have hike around there and to those titan missle silos. love the shots of it.
