  • your right lol about smoking but most smokers turn to food that are bad for them after you start it's hard to quit lets see would I rather have a heart attack or become obese and then still have a heart attack and other health problems smoking also boost metabolism even though it's still unhealthy once I have the girl I really like I will quit smoking but untill that time I'm going to keep smoking

  • A lot of the things your speaking on is a mind thing. If we were in control of what we do we would have it going on! I have been working on my weight for years and something comes along and looks good or smells good or someone buy me something, I loose control. Treat myself to chocolate and get that taste again and loose control.
