Faco Automation offers special engineering Application "Component Feeding Robot"(CFR) suitable for press Tools. This attachment is used to feed flat sheet metal components into the press tools automatically without employing manpower. Retrofitting this attachment to the Press tool makes the power press as an unmanned automatic high productive machine.

Advantage of CFR is that it converts the conventional power press into an unmanned automatic press. CFR gets synchronized with power press and activates through a pneumatic logic control circuit. Flat sheet metals of up to 200-500 numbers can be stacked in the CFR so as to continue the sequential operation. The width, length and thickness are within the design parameters as per the specifications mentioned in the tabular column in this catalogue

Optional alarming and counting facilities are provided along with CFR to make this innovation as more "Scientific" and "User Friendly Robot".

This machine needs 6bar/dry/lubricated/filtered air supply to run it. This machine also needs 440V AC electrical supply.
