These lot are a bunch of vogons.... I'll explain..... Vogons are one of the most unpleasant races in the galaxy. Not actually evil, but bad-tempered, bureaucratic, officious and callous. They wouldn't even lift a finger to save their own grandmothers from the Ravenous Bugblatter Beast of Traal without orders signed in triplicate, sent in, sent back, queried, lost, found, subjected to public inquiry, lost again, and finally buried in soft peat for three months and recycled as firelighters.

Incompetent Bunch of Bankdits.
The suckers were incapable of answering a simple question like "what is my IBAN number?" when I was abroad.
Without that Iban number, I could not transfer to my account from abroad, and they bounced all my direct Debits and charged me almost 1000 pounds in total.
When complaining, they still considered it "Fair"
- And my cancellation of "Royalties" was ignored

Goodwin has shown does not have an ounce of decency. He is a shameful example of a human being. How unfortunate that he has children. It would be better for the future of mankind if this attitude was extinguished from the gene-pool.

I'd have more confidence in my bank (RBS) if I thought they could could look after their own affairs!
So I'm in the process of moving to The Cooperative Bank (online it's 'Smile'). 3m owners and a v good rep.
