I have to agree with BALANCE withhold your support payments and knock on the Jailhouse door asking to come in. Not enough people realize that this is about the money. Take the money out of the equation and the situation would be different. In my State, as among others i imagine, when the Court terminates your parental rights you are no longer under an obligation to support those children yet fathers have been forced to. When the Court keeps your children from you is that not TPR.
