I know this is light weight, but i never do front squats, i will start doing them, this was heavy for me because im not used to this, my wrists hurt a little after the last rep so i decided to stop.

  • You shouldn't do front squats too often, there hard on the upper body and back squats will increase your front squat.

  • @clarence0 one can do anything everyday, but it's intensity the one that must change. If you had to front squat everyday or die, you would have to front squat everyday no questions ask.

    The body addapts to whatever you do. What might hurt today, will not tomorrow.

  • stick with the clean position dude, if you have wrist wraps then stick them on, this is what i use for clean grip on fronties. i thought that i would never be able to do clean grip and now i can and its all i use now.

    also those reps looked really easy for you

  • Two Solutions for wrist problems. Crossed hands in front of you or use straps around the bar,just like many weightlifters do. Great job!
