Great demo on how to correctly, gently and effectively work the QL. Thanks for pointing out that most MT's err in trying the find the muscle vs. locating the landmarks...FIRST! Important info...as most folks are very "short" in this area. ;)

No. You may have some irritation from the friction for a short time after the massage, but it'll go away quickly.
