Vinyl VS MP3

I really dont see vinyl going away. A lot of record companies are offering free downloads or CDs with the purchase of vinyl which totally answers the argument, vinyl is better but mp3 is portable. So I really hope they keep doing that. It's also funny because it makes you realize how cheap CDs and MP3s are considering they can be copied an unlimited number of times and have a fake value attached to them. One reason I love vinyl is the limited edition, and the fact that they are really real.

Convenience: Digital wins. But it should not be the crappy, lossy, mp3 format. It should be high quality .flac
.
Quality: Bang for the buck, digital wins. If, however, you have the time and resources to put together a high-end turntable, tone-arm, cartridge, and phono stage, and have it professionally set-up, "and" find quality vinyl pressings (no two records sound alike), and clean the records, then vinyl's quality destroys digital
.
BTW, most new vinyl sounds awful (especially heavy vinyl)
@2:48: LOL, "But I'm, uh, broke as fuck"

MP3 (AAC in my case) on the go. Vinyl at home or at the club.
