Wow, ur an amazing cook! How do you get ideas and recipes for such exotic dishes? I would be so intimidated to go to a specialty grocer like the one where you would have bought the ingredients!

Well, I favorite A LOT of videos of people I'm subscribed to..
So maybe if they make 100 more videos I'd have the one I want to see in my favorites.
And when I have the time I write down the recipe.

Not to be nitpicky, because that's so not my intention and I love love love your videos, Maria, but umami (うまみ or 旨味 in Japanese) is actually pronounced oo (as in spoon) mah (almost as in macabre, soft a) mee (as in meeting), not you-mah-mi (that would be ゆまみ in Japanese, which isn't a word). I know I mispronounce food terms, especially foreign ones, and I like to be corrected to expand my knowledge of food, so I'm just passing on the favour!
