@gjhgjh Nothing wrong with the engine. This smoke is typical of an alco 244 prime mover.

Great video of such a neat Alco! That's one thing I love about Alco's is there smoke. Our Alco S4 is a heavy smoker when throttled up. Neat Single note horn also
