  • I know, I'm not going to make excuses but I'm just having a busy time at work and can be short tempered. Yes, Celtic fans like to consider themselves with some relation to the Liverpool fans. To be honest, whoever it was that had "You'll Never Walk Alone" to start off with does not interest me as it is a beautiful song which should be sung by any sets of fans. I couldn't attend that match, I remember. It was a long time ago.. rest in peace all who were lost on that horrible day.

  • I like contrasting your original comment with this latest one. And what a contrast! I'm rather pleased with the way things have developed. And I've got a soft spot for Celtic. It was they who hosted a memorial match against Liverpool after Hillsborough. I went there. All these Celtic fans wearing Liverpool scarves with their Celtic ones, singing 'You'll never walk alone' and throwing coins into a massive flag being passed round the pitch for the benefit of the victims. Utterly moving.
