  • Thanks for your video,I'm still on my training on telemarketing so i got a lot of work to do...How do you solve "Im interested but I have to speak with my spose..." situacion witch is,in my experience till now,just a last try to escape( and succesfull one when they speak to me,for now :S)?

  • Yes, especially in this down economy. The salesperson is broke so he/she thinks everyone else is so they, the salesperson, looks for a no - they want to hear it so they can get over it and go to the next "no." Vicious cycle for some salespeople.

  • You should have a parody....and bring up some funny horror stories of psycho sales people that don't take no for an answer or other "don'ts" in the sales business. Just a thought.
