You only buy a 6.0 if you have a lift to take the body off and immediately replace head gaskets and put studs in. Then replace the egr cooler with a block off plate.

any 4wd vehicle could pull another vehicle. hitch to hitch pullin that counts and we know that powerstroke could pull that little titan backward, forward, up-side down and sideways

@wolfram00777 Wrong much? It's called emissions. The only reason the 6.0 was bad is because they had little time to prepare it, so the first couple of years had bad parts. The 7.3 is still superior to all modern diesel in terms of reliability and will always be due to one factor: emissions. And the trucks are the best of the three, Dodge is the worst.

Why does Furd keep coming out with a 'new' diesel engine every 2 years?????
Answer they CANNOT build one that holds together, the powerstroke has to be the MOST expensive engines to maintain, trying to fix one is another nightmare. Furd has the WORST electrical system on earth, transmissions are another nightmare.
They are way over-rated, eating turbo's, leaking injectors filling cylinders = BENT rods, engine FAILURES!
These trucks are GARBAGE!
