DAMN! This looks unbelievably painful. This guy should've treated his acne sores before he did the operation. There's really no point in spending so much money for this if you're constantly breaking out. Once your acne is under control, THEN this operation wouldn't be a bad idea. Acne scars suck and I've got plenty of them on my face, but there are solutions available so never give up hope!
