Here is an effect that happens with electrical potential when it encounters a resistance before the current saturates that resistance. By quickly bringing the potential from 24 volt DC batteries into a coil of wire wound around a ferrite core, and then disconnecting that 24 volt potential. Allowing the counter-charged or negative potential to move through the coil and the battery into the capacitor. While at the same time being amplified by the negative properties of that counter-charge or negative potential.
