"Best Reception I've Ever Been To"

Ceremony and reception for a pair of local veterinarians. These two run a vet clinic that cares for my dad's Corriente herd and their clinic even sees my cat.
Three names of current and past co-workers popped-up during casual conversation with a few various guests -- making it a rather surreal night knowing I was playing for a group that had a tighter knit tie with other great DJs. I was told on numerous occasions that this was the 'best reception I've ever been to' knowing they'd seen or attended an event performed by one or more of our "power trio." Knowing the levels of customer care and personal connections that comes with these three jocks, I could only reply with appreciative commentaries, yet yielded to they were all privileged to see some of the best heart-felt "fun" that South Dakota had to offer, that mine was a different approach to garnering smiles.
