The prayers have been offered, and the music begins playing. This is the gospel service at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, part of Combined Joint Task Force Horn of Africa's Religious Affairs Program. On this night, however, a special guest is preaching at the pulpit. His name is Harry Ndirangu. He is a Lieutenant Colonel serving in the Kenyan Military's Chaplaincy Program, and he is visiting Djibouti as part of a partnership with U.S. Military Chaplains.
