Arrested Over Late DVDs

A young couple from Chateauguay, Quebec is in trouble with the law for not returning their DVD's on time.
Police issued an arrest warrant for Helena Pawl and Jean-Francois Mainville over an $81 bill.
The store calls it theft -- Helena and Jean-Francois say they just forgot.

crazy or typical. qc 'mechanic' had my car for 7mnths, repeatedly lied delayed, etc. i eventually call police cause it was nuts. and the qc cops say If you do not pay him full amount - I could be charged for fraud! i called them & could prove my car was there for 7mths: caa bill. so I say ok whats the bill? then the 'mech' all angry infront of the cop 'makes up' some bill over $1000 or commits Fraud.
if i won the lotto i think i'd hire 100mercs from africa - mon entertainment & gift. allo csis
