uhmm i had my hair bleachd n den da "pro" dyed it da dirty ash blonde i wanted ughh my hair came out lyk orange redish uhmm dis was lyk mor den a mnth ago my drkbrwn roots r cumin out n i really want to bleach it again use dat toner n da silver lady 18 but wud i hav to extra bleach (bleach dem twice) since my roots r drk brwn n da rest of my hair is now a dim gold

I just user nice and easy lift. I then proceded with the t18. With salon care developer. It didn't work! I still have orange and yellow hair! ;;;;;( help!

I am tryn to darkn the brassy/penny colored hi lights...i hav a dark brwn base color and want a natural light brwn hi light. What do i need to use? Iv already gone back to the stylist to tone em dwn but im still not comfortable with this penny colored hair. Please help
