June 12, 1961 - President Kennedy flies back to Washington from Palm Beach. Kennedy returns on crutches from a rest to meet Italian Prime Minister Amintore Fanfani to begin two days of discussions.
June 20, 1961 - Meeting with Prime Minister Hyato Ikeda of Japan
June 21, 1961 John F. Kennedy's dog, Pushinka, was a political pawn, given to the first family by Russian leader Nikita Khrushchev
July 12, 1961 - Meeting with President Ayub Khan of Pakistan at the White House.

Kennedy was a truly intelligent President who was influenced by bad advice ( Bay of Pigs) while still new to the job. He did not want to sent those Cuban gorillas into Cuba. He mad the right decision to not rescue them. Cruschev would have bombed us if Kennedy rescued those Cubans, letting the cat out of the bag. I love Kennedy, handsome man.
