Gotta love those douche commercials. Marc Summers does a very nice job; it's interesting that he never gives himself a sign-off and that Bruce doesn't acknowledge him. Who at the time could've predicted that a fill-in announcer on a fly-by-night game show would become the face of Nickelodeon mere months later.

  • Not a bad announcing job there by Marc.

  • And Marc Summers played on the 4/1/03 episode of Lingo, hosted by non other than Chuck Woolery!

  • when you say that he never gives himself a sign-off, you mean like "this is marc summers speaking for "hot streak" correct?

  • NOT funny.

  • I was being sarcastic there.

  • uhhhh...... he did host a show. A children's game show for seven years. Also a couple more game shows on the History Channel and Game Show Network. Also, a show on Food Network.

  • P.S. I think that Marc SUmmers guy is a good annoucner. He should be a host one day.

  • I guess Reg Grundy Productions didn't forget Marc, of course, because during a special Game Show Host Week on "Scrabble", Marc hosted whenver Chuck Woolery was playing the game.

  • Love that first commercial with Nancy Lopez and Ray Knight, who then was a member of the New York Mets.
