It is indeed Pam St. Clement who is the traffic warden. If the cars had been built properly and the dealers had been trained to properly service them they wouldn't have been as bad as they were. BL's skimping to save a few pence per car to please the bean counters didn't help either. Ford reckoned that BL made a loss on every Mini they built.
