I had to reupload this version because it has so much energy in it that everybody needs to see this.

  • That's what's so cool about live, raw music; it doesn't have to be in perfect tune to get across to people. Sure, polished studio music is going to be record quality, but it's the energy of a live performance that really makes music an ethereal experience. It just sounds better live, regardless of the band or the type of music being played, IMO.

  • @KomputerMensch0x50 brother, youd have spoken from my heart ;)

  • They sound pretty bad in this concert, but who cares? They are lots of campy fun and the acoustics were horrible. I love they way the girls just shoved their wigs back up on their heads and went for it. Watch out for that bikini whale !!!!

  • @CalifaJohn yeah lot of the they are out of note, but still totally energetic!!!

  • Ricky Wilson was an incredibly innovative and creative guitarist and a prime piece of the B-52s sound. At 3:08 you can clearly see that he has removed the middle two strings of his Mosrite, playing just the top two and bottom two, tuned in fifths.

  • Wish i went to brother inlaws work party they had b52s there something i regret.

  • What can I say 80's legends

  • Kate has nice hands.

  • Cindy is a cute girl.

  • IDOLS!!!!!!!!!

  • @chifour66 creative mythology?

  • @chifour66 alternate interpretation?

  • @SmileyGarrish No it wasn't, dumbass. I used to spend a good bit of time with these guys all around Athens in the late 70s-early 80s. It was Ricky coming up with the riff, and Fred wanting to do a Lewis Carroll inspired song that got sillier and sillier.

  • Always loved the B-52s. So avant garde for their time! They certainly are the basis for my taste in music today.
