Are these metal support stuff that handle the pull up bar come with it ?

@MartinArku I would use the brackets personally.

@MartinArku I use the brackets, by screwing it to the wall. I've had no problems this way.

@johnnyarks I guess it really comes right down to personal preference. ;) I don't mind the brackets, its on the inside of a bedroom, not commonly seen to guests. The bar goes up and down easily, and works well for my purposes.

@johnnyarks I think while they do the same things, I do like that the P90X bar is removable. So you can remove it from the brackets, and not have the bar sticking out inside your house all day long. :)

Do you put the plastic screw anchors all the way into the wall? Or into the wall until you get to the square part of the screw anchor?

@jxsilicon9 I go flush to the wall with mine. Then place the bracket, then screw it down.
