  • All the way up his difficult 70ies Elvis proved that he - at his best - was a stage performer second to none!

  • The MAN literally re-invented himself without even really trying! The '70's Elvis is a performer who had come full circle & proved that he was indeed the total package. There's a reason they call him THE KING!

  • Elvis' voice was so powerful here.We actually take his vocal power for granted because it's Elvis, but if you listen hard and watch closely it's an unbelievable performance vocally, especially when he really lets go.This is why he's The King.

  • this is the elvis i would loved to have seen live, at the top of his game, nothing comes close.I was only 11 yrs old at the time tho.

  • @buddimack Sorry man but music sound and style changes in the real world and universe. Just like everyone and everything else except God.

  • @buddimack He was actually never the same after his Mother passed away.

  • I think his 50s version was better. He was never the same when he really got into the prescription drugs. And that was a dam shame.

  • still watch on vhs long live the king
