  • I normally, but not always, record guitar and singing separately. I don't have very good recording equipment or anything, so I like being able to adjust the different tracks on my computer. If i record them at the same time, usually the guitar comes out too loud or vice versa, but this way I can sort of level them out to how i want them to sound. Hope that answers your question!

  • In the clip starting at 1:24, I noticed that you recorded the audio separately from the video, because when you stopped playing the guitar, I could still hear it being strummed. First of all, I'd like to point out that your timing was impeccable, since I didn't notice this until you stopped strumming in the video track.

    So, did you sing and play the guitar at separate times so you wouldn't have to focus on two things at once, or was tere some accostic reason for recording the video this way?
