hr 1388 is a jobs/training program. it's a stimulus program. get the youngins out in the woods diggin some ditches & whatnot. let's face it, pretty soon we're all going to be working for the empire.

Blaming Dodd and Geithner for the bonuses is like blaming Obama for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

I said Dodd was a douche and a liar about the quote he made from the link I left. Try to follow along with adults. I didn't blame Dodd for the bonuses themselves. Do you have a comprehension problem? Regardless, he was responsible for these payouts making into the stimulus plan. Period. You should try to string together even a half way cogent argument before you come back and address me again.
