lol dumb asses you first look for loose connections than see setting in the bios and then if that does not work you still look and a restore should be your last option

Did the tech go into the bios and see if the boot drive was selected? I heard about before how a simple thing in the bios can make the computer not boot up, so they go in with hidden cameras, and the tech says it is going to cost hundreds of dollars.
