  • Doing ab work doesn't make you lose fat on your abs. It just develops the muscle. That's why those stupid ab infomercials will never give you a 6 pack.

  • @GeetarAdam what he has on seem appropriate to me for what he's doin (workin out) and whats feeling gay? so when you take a shower or change in your gym locker room with a bunch of naked men around that doesnt make you feel "gay" ? i'm sick and tired of americans with their closed minded, insecurity about their sexuality!

  • This is amazing it'll be great if you could make a tutorial video on the progressions required to do a standing ab roller.

  • @bsk3333333 And yet will cash in on you, cuzz u listen with ass more than abs

  • @soul4tran lmfao..... baby steps playa, baby steps :p

  • @Peppa1978 This standing ab rolling exercise is the hardest thing ever! You can cheat a little bit by spreading the legs far apart, but still it's fuckin' ridiculously difficult. I guess, you have to first perfect ab rolling on your knees before you can even try the standing position. A great lower ab workout also is: on a smooth floor surface (not carpet), get in push up position, then wearing socks or standing on your toes on a towel, slide up into a upside down V position. Crazy workout!

  • @soul4tran thx u so much for takin the time to ans my question. ill touch base with u again to let u no how i did.

    once again , thx u

  • @Peppa1978 I think your back hurts because you're not flexing your core/abs while going through the motions. When you don't flex and tighten your abs, especially when pulling back up, you're putting all that pressure on your back which is why it's hurting. Keep focus on your form. When you curl your back, you're losing proper form. Flexing your abs will prevent this and really help bring definition to your abs.

  • That is great work there bud, it is extremely difficult to do and your form is great.

  • hey does your lower back hurts after doin this???

if not, what am i doin wrong?? anyone??

  • @bsk3333333 What are you talking about? I used one of those things for just 10 minutes yesterday and now every time I sneeze or cough it feels like my abs are going to rip open.. SO, how would you suggest some one builds definition?

  • @louison84 this is it??? this is all you could came up with?!?! You are so desperate to defend your "security" that are doing a piss poor job at hiding your very own insecurity about your sexuality. Since I am not, peace out.
