The timeless Neil Diamond classic "America" is used here to announce the arrival of the worldwide members of the AAVSO assembling in Woburn Massachusetts for the Centenary Meeting. For over 100 years members of the AAVSO have collected and cataloged more than 20 Million observations of variable stars. The AAVSO is one of the foremost Astronomy societies globally and boasts a membership in the Thousands.

In the final mix down I lost a little of the synchronization between sound and video, I ran out of time to re-record the Video with the final vocal mix, all in all though a fitting tribute. Apologies for any late attendees - attendee flags were at registrations received at 25th Sept.
