Wrapped like that I think it's more of a burrito than a taco, no? I'm not hispanic/latino, but I think a corn (not flour) tortilla that is left open-face would be the proper way to serve this. Also, how am I supposed to eat it? You just covered the outside with cream sauce so I can't pick it up without making a huge mess and getting it all over my hands.
And I'm not sure what the ending was about, but that was just bizarre.

Nope, strike out. Instead of even slightly informing your viewers about the origins of the genuine f.t. from Ensenada, B.C., you have time for a fish rap?.
Sorry amigo, nada bueno, keep your burros.

NASTY!! those are totally not Baja fish tacos, 1.- the fish goes covered with dough then you fry it in oil. 2.-corn tortilla 3.-you don't pour the cream on top of them it goes inside the taco and its half mayo, half cream. believe me I'm from Ensenada. Baja C.
