It is telling how important tarpaulins and rice seed storage bins are for Cambodian farmers who still practice traditional method for rice cultivation. The FAO European Union Food Facility Project entitled "Improve the food security of farming families affected by volatile food prices" funded by European Union aims at reducing the effects of volatile food prices through the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).
