Ca a un petit coté SILENT HILL je trouve

It happens on all different days. The sirens sound, and then lots of volunteers arrive in their cars or running in from the village to go out to the forest fires, housefires or car accidents. I assumed that the different patterns of the siren meant different types of emergency.

@userblue no,i don't know a such website...but anyway if you hear this anytime except the first wednesday, it is a true alert,and you'll probably die (considering that a military invasion/nuclear explosion/chemical disaster is...well.. deadly?) i think the different ones are probably signal for army.

Ah, thank you! We hear such sirens quite often in the Auvergne with different numbers of blasts. Do you know if there's a website where I could find out the meanings of the different signals?

@userblue this one is for critical alert on the city. Such as military attack,or chemical disaster. Anything that would potentially damage all the city.
