I love the eventual "breakdown" to harmonica.
Cave's like, "Fuck me. No human sound could come close to what I feel like singing right now, so take this..."
It kinda brings me to my knees; spell cast.

This song is brilliant, none of the mind deadening bullshit that is played on the radio. At lease the sounds and tunes actually change consistently and not a repetition of the same boring beat, monotonous pretend singing.
