Breathing is the greatest act of life. We can live for weeks without eating and for a few days without drinking, but it is impossible to live without breathing.

Without oxygen there can be no life. Our cells depend on blood to be supplied with oxygen when the blood flow in the arteries of poor oxygen and impoverish the cells lose viability, so our duty is to treat axes always a good supply of oxygen to the cells. Giving oxygen is only part of the respiratory function that includes the expulsion of carbon dioxide, the cells eliminates their waste through the blood, which is then purified in the lungs, where they can develop many germs, if not well ventilated . In general we are not aware of this process, as we are not aware of having a correct breathing or even take for granted that there is the breath that we forget this, therefore we do not know how to breathe correctly.

In Gheranda Samhita, one of the most important texts on Yoga and about the breath and Pranayama is said: "Now I will give the proper technique Pranayama.With his practice as one becomes a God." For now we can learn to breathe fully and deeply, to study and practice simple techniques of Pranayama, without claiming to be Gods .......
