Truth be told, CollarMe is a complete joke. i've been on there for almost a year before i found my Master ( Not on that site, just saying ) and all i've encountered were fakes and blackmailers. The best advice you could give is to have him check out his local scene, maybe take up 'tutoring' with a sub or fellow Dominant. i do like this video, though, even if i just stumbled onto it out of curiosity, Great work.

Now that my head's gotten around the shoutout, you've given some great advice! Really fantastic advice.
I think he needs to look for a fellow Dom/Domme to train him up. Self confidence is a MASSIVE thing with Doms, it's very true that if a Dom doesn't have confidence in themselves, the sub won't, either.
