@bigduey69 No they don't. 90% of the guys there put on glasses and pretend like they know something. $100 to put in a disc and do a system restore? and then it takes a week? Yeah sure, top notch service! I wish I had known as much as I do now about computers so my parents didn't waste $100s of dollars on that shitty service when I was younger.

@Plusquevie , nice engrish bro, you need to learn how to properly communicate before you can successfully bash someone or something, idiot. Secondly, what you're bashing is called an optimization which is now only included in a PC Setup or a PC Setup + Recovery disc service, typically sold with new PC's. When the optimization is done properly by a highly skilled Technician, he/she does above the minimum requirements giving stellar results. Watch the video where they compare the 2 PC's...

First off, you people need to stop judging geeksquad services just because of a few pricks not doing their jobs correctly. I've been working for Geeksquad for a few weeks now, and the service for the most part is top-notch. Dont let a few stupid little punks ruin an entire organization, they have some really smart techs out there.
