Same video except extended. Originally titled "Bishonen Kyuketsuki" (Japanese for attractive male vampire) but since the character of Gabriel is half-vampire was changed to "Gabriel College Dhampir".
Origianl storyline (SPOILER!): College student Gabriel was just your average guy when he survived a near fatal hit-and-run. Obtained his vampire powers after, unknowingly to both doctors and Gabriel, recived a transfusion of vampire blood during his recovery.

It's okay... Looks like a good start for a series, at least. You might want to look up 'dhampir' in the encyclopedia (Wikipedia, whichever's closer), though.
